Foamed concrete is also called cellular concrete, it is mixed with water, cement and foaming agent (mainly divided it into synthesis product and animal products) according to the proportion. The specific gravity of cellular concrete is 380~1600 kg/m3 after solidifying with machine transport, it can bear pressure of 0.3~8MPa. Foamed concrete is a foamed concrete product of good insulation, impermeability (cellular concrete can be waterproof by adding one process), thermal insulation, light weight, sound insulation, environmental protection.

Ⅰ. FP30B cement foaming machine operation principle 

The cement, fly ash(fine particle powder),etc. and water are mixed into cement paste in the mixing tank according to the proportion by MLC lightweight concrete special equipment, and press the cement paste into pipeline by hydraulic conveying cylinder; foaming agent mixed with water according to the proportion, then mixed with compressed air by high pressure pump, form fine foams of high density in the pipeline, and then mixed with cement paste in the pipeline,at last form MLC lightweight concrete.

 

 

Ⅱ. FP30B cement foaming machine performance features:

1. Adopting double cylinder hydraulicpush mechanism to pump lightweight concrete, flux is stable, and wave is small.

2. Proportion of mixture is controlled automatically, so the density of lightweight concrete can be adjusted easily.

3. Adopting selected matching components, it also has reliable quality and good after-sales service.

4. We can also use good domestic foaming agent to reduce the construction cost.

5. With road wheel and universal wheel, the machine is flexible with moving and positioning.

6. Hydraulic system cooling use air cooling instead of water cooling, this make it more convenient as there’s no need to drain pipe.

7. Electrical appliance box is equipped with remote control handle; all functions can be operated by remote control handle.

8. It can be used in vehicle.
